What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards via PayFast, instant EFT, and SnapScan. You can also pay via manual bank transfer – instructions will be provided at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
For orders within Durban, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days. For national orders, expect 2–4 business days. Please allow extra time during peak seasons.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we're working on it! For now, we only ship within South Africa.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can make changes within 1 hour of placing your order. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
Do you offer student discounts?
Yes! Sign up with your student email and you'll receive a discount code for your first purchase. We also run special student promotions – keep an eye on our social media.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also log in to your account to view order status.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! Please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently we operate online only, but we occasionally pop up at student markets in Durban. Follow us on social media for updates.
