How it works:
- Once your order is placed, we pack it with care.
- We book a collection with our courier partner .
- You'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
- You can track your parcel every step of the way.
Courier options we use: The Courier Guy, Aramex, Fastway, and Pudo (locker delivery). Rates are based on weight and distance β we always choose the most costβeffective option without compromising on speed.
π Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.
- 14βday return window β items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
- Sale items β final sale, no returns unless faulty.
- Faulty or damaged items β contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
- Exchanges β if you need a different size, just return the original and place a new order (fastest way).
How to return:
- Email us at umzilaecommerce@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide a returns address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it back (return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.
Refunds: Money will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5β7 business days for the bank to process.
