🚚 Delivery Information

We partner with reliable couriers in South Africa to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

How it works:

• Once your order is placed, we pack it with care.
• We book a collection with our courier partner .
• You'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
• You can track your parcel every step of the way.

Courier options we use: The Courier Guy, Aramex, Fastway, and Pudo (locker delivery). Rates are based on weight and distance – we always choose the most cost‑effective option without compromising on speed.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

• 14‑day return window – items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
• Sale items – final sale, no returns unless faulty.
• Faulty or damaged items – contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
• Exchanges – if you need a different size, just return the original and place a new order (fastest way).

How to return:

1. Email us at umzilaecommerce@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll provide a returns address and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back (return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty).
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

Refunds: Money will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the bank to process.
